The longevity postbiotic
3,000,000 years in the making

Bacillus F is a postbiotic longevity supplement. It derives from an ancient bacterium recovered viable from Siberian permafrost, cold-processed into daily drops for cellular health, antioxidant defense and healthy aging.

Frozen in Mammoth Mountain

A bacterium is sealed into the permafrost of Yakutia, Siberia. The cold suspends it — not dead, not alive. Waiting.

The organism

An organism that refused to age

Recovered from Mammoth Mountain permafrost in Yakutia, Bacillus F remained viable after an estimated three million years of dormancy. Its genome was sequenced, its mechanisms studied — and its resilience became the basis of our postbiotic formulation.

Every bottle delivers the postbiotic — the organism’s stable, well-characterized metabolites — in precise daily drops: consistent, shelf-stable and fully documented.

The recovery itself is documented: permafrost core drilling at Mammoth Mountain in Yakutia in 2009, then revival in culture and a research programme led by Prof. Anatoli Brouchkov, geocryologist at Moscow State University. Bacillus F OÜ brought a preparation to market from that work — it is not the discovering institution and does not present itself as one.

Bacillus F is a postbiotic, not a probiotic: the drops carry the organism’s stable metabolites and no live bacteria. What that distinction means — and why the format matters more than the marketing — is set out in what are postbiotics.

What the documentation actually covers

Four things here are documented rather than asserted. Each one has a paper trail you can open on the science page. The patent family, the sequenced genome, the format that keeps it stable, and the imaging method used to look at DNA integrity.

Patent family

International patent WO2012060729 covers the strain and its applications, alongside five national filings in the RU, EP, US, JP and CN families. These are published documents: the scans sit in the archive rather than being described second-hand.

Genome and strain

The strain is sequenced and deposited — characterised at sequence level, not by morphology alone. That is what makes a postbiotic reproducible: the metabolites come from a defined, identifiable organism, batch after batch.

Stable by design

A postbiotic carries no live bacteria, so there is nothing to keep alive: the drops are shelf-stable, need no refrigeration, and deliver the same composition on day one and day thirty. One measured dose each morning is the whole routine.

Method — comet assay

Comet-assay imaging, or single-cell gel electrophoresis, is the reference method used here for DNA-integrity work. Individual cells are run in a gel. Fragmented DNA trails behind the nucleus like a comet tail. It is a visual measure, and the comparison above is the same one.

How it works

From request to ritual

01
Request access
Tell us your country and goals. We confirm availability and shipping within 48 hours — form-only, no calls.
02
Receive your protocol
Your batch ships with a simple dosing protocol — one measured dose each morning, no refrigeration, nothing to prepare.
03
Drops, daily
One measured dose from the pen each morning. Track how you feel; re-order arrives before your cartridge runs out.

The protocol, in plain numbers

One cartridge is a 30-day protocol at $169: a single 1 ml measured dose taken sublingually each morning, from a cartridge that is shelf-stable and needs no refrigeration. Orders are placed by written request and invoiced from the Estonian entity, and every enquiry is answered in writing within 48 hours. There is no phone number and no checkout — deliberately.

The same strain is framed ten ways across the range. It runs from antioxidant defence through to immune and energy support. The site is published in five languages: English, Japanese, German, French and Spanish.

Questions about format, evidence and shipping are answered in full in the FAQ.

Questions, answered

No — it is a postbiotic. We deliver the stable, well-characterized metabolites of the Bacillus F organism, not live bacteria. That means consistent composition, no refrigeration, and a clean, stable safety profile.

The strain was recovered from Siberian permafrost and revived in culture; its discovery, genome sequencing and patent family (WO2012060729 plus five national patents) are documented on our Science page.

NMN targets NAD+ levels; spermidine targets autophagy. Bacillus F works on oxidative-stress defense and cellular resilience — a complementary mechanism. See our full comparisons in Learn.
