Most longevity stacks are three or four compounds that were each convincing on their own, put together without checking whether they overlap. The healthy-ageing framing is deliberate and it is limited. We are not claiming lifespan extension. No supplement has shown that in humans, and a company whose whole pitch is published documentation can't make the one claim it has no document for.

How it works

Think about a stack in terms of coverage, not count. NAD+ availability is what NMN and NR are for. Autophagy and cellular clearance belong to spermidine. Oxidative resilience, how well a cell withstands and recovers from oxidative insult, is the slot this preparation fills.

Plenty of people run all three. There is no known interaction that requires separating them. The drops go under the tongue in the morning; where the rest of your routine falls is up to you.

The cadence we suggest is a 90-day arc. Take a baseline with whatever panel you already trust, run the protocol without changing three other things at the same time, then re-test. Ninety days is long enough for a cumulative preparation to show up in a measurement and short enough that people actually finish it.

What to expect

Expect it to be boring. A protocol you can keep up for years has to be. One dose, one time of day, no cycling schedule, no loading phase to get wrong.

A well-run ninety days ends one of three ways: a number that moved a little, a number that didn't move, or a number inside its own noise band. All three tell you something, and the third is the most common. Anyone promising a dramatic reading is describing their marketing, not your bloodwork.
