Wholesale &
practitioner supply
For clinics, longevity practices and distributors who want a documented product on the shelf rather than another white-label bottle. Supply is batch-limited and handled in writing.
Who this is for
Three groups, in practice:
- Practitioners and clinics — longevity medicine, functional medicine and nutrition practices who want a postbiotic they can hand a patient along with its paperwork.
- Specialist retailers — supplement retailers whose customers read labels and ask where things come from.
- Regional distributors — partners taking the brand into a market we do not yet serve directly, with the documentation to satisfy local import review.
What all three have in common is that the documentation is the reason they are interested. If the plan is to relabel it and compete on price, we are the wrong supplier.
How supply works
Fermentation runs are small and quality-gated, and each run produces a finite number of bottles. That shapes everything about how trade supply works here:
- Allocation, not open stock. We quote against a confirmed run with a shipping window, and we tell you when the next window is if the current one is committed.
- Written terms. Pricing tiers, minimum quantities, lead times and payment terms are agreed in writing before anything ships.
- Invoiced from Estonia. Bacillus F OÜ invoices; payment is by bank transfer against invoice.
- Documentation travels with the goods. Every carton includes the pack — you should never have to ask us for a document to satisfy a customs officer or a clinical director.
We do not publish a wholesale price list, for the same reason we do not publish a shipping-country list: both change per run and per destination, and a stale number on a public page is worse than no number.
Compliance and positioning
Two things we need trade partners to hold to, because they protect the product's credibility as much as ours:
It is a wellness supplement, not a medicine. It may not be marketed as diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any disease. Where local rules require a disclaimer, it must appear. We will not supply a partner who markets it therapeutically.
Claims stay inside the documentation. Everything assertable about this product is backed by documented evidence — the patent family, the genome deposit, the comet-assay imaging. Marketing beyond that line is not a stretch of the truth, it is a different product being described.
Import rules for supplements vary by market and change. We will supply the documentation needed for a compliance review, but the local registration position in your market is yours to establish.
Making an enquiry
Write to info@bacillusf.com with your business, your market, indicative volumes and your timeline. You get a written reply within 48 hours — availability, terms and next steps.
As with retail, there is no phone line. Trade terms in particular should exist in writing from the first message, so that both sides can point at what was agreed.
If you are evaluating the product itself before talking commercials, the flagship product page and the FAQ answer most technical questions.
