The Bacillus F Research Desk

The byline on every article here reads Bacillus F Research Desk. That is the editorial function of Bacillus F OÜ — the small team inside the company that reads the source documents and writes what they support. It is a collective masthead, and it is deliberately not a person's name.

The reason is the same rule that governs the whole site: we do not manufacture trust signals. Inventing a staff scientist with a doctorate and a headshot would make these pages look more authoritative without making a single sentence in them more true. What we can honestly offer is the provenance of the claims, and that is what this page documents.

What the desk is qualified to do is narrow and specific: read a patent, a genome deposit record, a state registration and a comet-assay report, and restate what they say without inflating it. What the desk is not qualified to do is practise medicine, interpret your bloodwork, or tell you what a supplement will do to your body. You will not find that here, because we will not write it.

Where the expertise actually comes from

The primary research behind Bacillus F is not ours. The strain was recovered during permafrost core drilling at Mammoth Mountain, Yakutia, and the research program that followed was led by Prof. Anatoli Brouchkov, a geocryologist at Moscow State University, with collaborators across microbiology, genomics and gerontology.

We cite that work as external research done by the people who did it. Prof. Brouchkov is not employed by Bacillus F OÜ, does not review this website, and has not endorsed our copy. Presenting him as a house expert would be a misrepresentation, so we don't.

Our own first-hand experience is commercial and operational rather than academic, and it is real: we handle the strain's documentation pack, deal with the manufacturer, run the batch and shipping process, and answer the questions buyers actually ask. Where an article draws on that — batch sizes, what the paperwork contains, how the drops arrive, what customs does with them — it is written from direct experience. Where an article draws on the science, it is written from documents, and the documents are published openly on the Science page so you can check us.

How an article is reviewed before it ships

• Sourcing. Every factual claim must trace to a document in the archive — a patent, the genome deposit, the comet-assay report — or to published third-party literature that is named in the text.
• Claim review. A human reads the draft against those sources line by line. Anything that outruns the source is cut, not softened.
• Compliance pass. No diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention language. No lifespan-extension claim. No implied clinical trial in humans — there are none to cite.
• Dating. Published and updated dates on the byline are real, and the same values feed the article's structured data, so the visible date and the marked-up date cannot drift apart.
• Correction. If we get something wrong we fix the page itself and move the update date. We do not quietly delete the article.

The note under every byline — "Reviewed against the patent & assay record" — is a description of this process, not decoration.

AI and automation disclosure

Plainly, because you should not have to guess: parts of this site are AI-assisted.

• Article and page copy is drafted with the help of AI writing tools, then edited, fact-checked against the source documents and approved by a human before it is published. No page goes live unread.
• Translations into German, French, Spanish and Japanese are machine-assisted and human-reviewed. English is the source language; if a translated page and the English page ever disagree, the English page is authoritative.
• Some illustrative imagery — diagrams, article covers, decorative and explanatory visuals — is AI-generated or AI-enhanced. It is labelled as illustration and is never presented as documentary evidence.
• Documentary material is never AI-generated. Patent scans, laboratory micrographs and comet-assay imaging are reproductions of real documents and real captured images. Producing a synthetic version of any of those would be fabricating evidence, and it is a line we do not cross.
• Customer reviews and quotes are not AI-written. They are early-access users' own words, published without star ratings or review schema.
• Nothing is auto-published. There is no pipeline that puts text on this website without a person approving it.

Our position on this is unremarkable: a tool used in drafting does not change who is accountable for the result. Bacillus F OÜ is responsible for every claim on this site regardless of what helped write the first draft.

If you find a claim on this site that the documents do not support, write to info@bacillusf.com and say which page and which sentence. We reply in writing within 48 hours, and if you are right the page changes.
