The most technical page in the set, and the one where wording matters most. This product is built around DNA-integrity markers, meaning integrity is what we measure and image. That is a statement about method. It is not a claim that the preparation repairs anyone's DNA.
The difference matters. Cells have sophisticated repair machinery of their own, and no supplement stands in for it. What can be observed in a lab is whether cells hit with an oxidative stressor show more or less DNA fragmentation depending on what they were treated with beforehand. That is an observation about damage, imaged directly.
If you came here expecting something that rewrites damaged sequence, we would rather fix the expectation than sell into it.
Как это работает
The method is again the comet assay. What makes it useful is that it works at single-cell resolution. Instead of averaging a population it shows the spread: how many cells are intact, how many are badly fragmented, and how wide the distribution is.
In the reference experiments, cells challenged with an oxidative stressor showed shorter comet tails when pre-treated with the Bacillus F postbiotic than when not. A short tail means DNA that didn't migrate, which means DNA that stayed mostly in one piece.
This is in vitro work and we label it that way wherever it appears. It is not a human trial. We don't claim one exists, and anyone in this category claiming clinical DNA-repair outcomes without a registration number and published results deserves your suspicion.
If you'd rather evaluate the method than take our word for it: the comet assay has been in routine use for genotoxicity testing since the 1980s and is well described in the open literature. We publish our own imaging rather than only citing other people's, and we say "in vitro" every time. Publish the images, state the limits. That is all we are claiming here.
