Terms of sale & use

1. Who you are contracting with

This site and any sale made through it are operated by Bacillus F OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. Contact for all matters: info@bacillusf.com. By using this site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site or order.

2. How ordering works

There is no checkout on this site. Ordering runs as follows:

1. You send a request through the request form or by email.
2. We confirm availability for your country and reply within 48 hours with a written quote.
3. A quote is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. No contract exists until you accept the quote in writing and we confirm the allocation.
4. We invoice; payment is by bank transfer against the invoice. Goods ship once payment clears.

Because fermentation runs are finite, we may decline or defer an order where a batch is already committed. If that happens we tell you the next available window rather than holding your money.

3. Price, payment and shipping

The published price is $250 per 30-day protocol: two 30 ml applicators, 2 ml (two presses) a day. On a one-year subscription (twelve protocols) it is $199 per protocol. Shipping is by DHL: free on orders of three or more applicators; for one or two, shipping is quoted separately and added to the total. The quoted total is what you pay.

Any import duty, VAT or customs charge levied by your own country is your responsibility as the importer of record, unless the quote says otherwise in writing. We declare shipments accurately and will not under-declare value on request.

Delivery timelines given in a quote are estimates in good faith. We are not liable for carrier or customs delays outside our control, but we will help you chase them.

4a. The 90-day promise

On the 90-day protocol we offer a refund on one condition: measured results. You have a standard blood panel taken at an accredited laboratory no more than 30 days before your first dose, and a second panel at an accredited laboratory no more than 14 days after day 90, using the same laboratory where possible. You send us both reports. If the two reports show no change, we refund the protocol price in full.

The panel we ask for, and how we compare the two reports, are set out in writing when your 90-day protocol is confirmed. The promise applies once per person, requires daily use for the full 90 days, and covers the protocol price only; shipping and laboratory fees are not refunded. We reply with a decision within 14 days of receiving both reports.

This is a refund policy, not a medical assessment. We do not interpret your results for medical purposes, and nothing in this section is a claim about what the product does.

4. Returns and withdrawal

Where EU consumer law applies, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase. To exercise it, write to info@bacillusf.com within that window.

Unopened bottles in original condition may be returned for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is yours unless the item was faulty or wrongly supplied.

Opened bottles cannot be returned. This is an ingestible product supplied sealed, and for hygiene and safety reasons a broken seal ends returnability, a standard exception under the consumer-rights directive.

If a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect or short, tell us within 7 days with photographs and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping. We do not argue about genuinely faulty goods.

5. Using the product

Bacillus F is a wellness supplement. It is not a medicine, and it is not supplied to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice.

Do not use it as a substitute for medical care. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication or managing a health condition, consult a qualified physician before use. Follow the dosing protocol supplied with your batch.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

6. Website content and claims

The material on this site, including the documentation archive, is published for information. Patent numbers and documents are reproduced as issued to the relevant holder; where documents belong to the manufacturer we present them as manufacturer documentation, not as certification of our brand.

Every substantive claim on this site is backed by documented evidence. Where research is described, it is described as research and not as a guaranteed outcome for any individual. Text, design and imagery are our property or used with permission; do not reproduce them commercially without written consent.

7. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.

Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes fall to the competent Estonian courts unless consumer law grants you a different forum.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when your order is confirmed. Material changes will be visible on this page.
